engineering works and geotechnical services to Multinational Corporation, Government and
individuals.
BACS Construction Services and Engineering Consultancy has been accredited and
recognized by the Department of Public Works and Highways, the International Geosynthetics Society,
and the International Association of Lowland Technology.
The mission of BACS Construction Services and Engineering Consultancy is to provide each client with the most effective and competent services and practices which conform to the Geotechnical Services and Civil Engineering specifications based on the National Structural Code of the Philippines for the preservation of the integrity of Civil engineering works.
